What counts as an "incoming" lead or click?
An incoming lead is any submission or record received into Twyne from a publisher or source — a form fill, API post, or file upload. An incoming click is a visitor routed through your tracking links. You are never billed for leads or clicks you send out to buyers.
How does the one-month free trial work?
You get full access to the Free plan at no cost, with no credit card required. There is no trial period that expires — the Free plan is genuinely free until you choose to upgrade.
How easy is it to migrate from another platform?
Very easy. We offer suppression wizards, campaign templates, free onboarding assistance, and campaign migration support on all plans. Most teams are live within a week.
Does Twyne have ad serving capabilities?

What is a ping tree, and do I need it?
A ping tree lets you send each lead to multiple buyers simultaneously or in sequence, accepting the highest bid or fastest response. If you're monetizing leads through multiple buyers and want to maximize revenue per lead, you need it. It's included in Pro.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. There is no lock-in and no penalty for changing plans.
What do support and training cost?
