This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at twyne.io or use our lead management, distribution, and ad-serving platform (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

a. Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: name, email address, company name, phone number, and password when you register.
- Billing information: payment card details and billing address processed securely by our payment processor.
- Communications: messages you send us via contact forms, email, or support channels.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, clicks, session duration, and other interaction data.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, and timestamps.

c. Customer Data
When you use the Service to manage leads or run campaigns, you may upload or generate data about third-party individuals ("Consumer Data"). You are the data controller for Consumer Data; Twyne processes it only as a data processor on your behalf and in accordance with our Terms of Service and any applicable data processing agreement.

- Send transactional communications such as account confirmations and security alerts;

After account termination, we may retain data for up to 90 days to allow for account recovery, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Restriction or objection: restrict or object to certain processing activities.

Twyne is based in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the European Economic Area.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
